If you have to spend a day at a car service center, this was a great place to do so. Original appointment was for an oil change, so did not intend to be there all day. A few critical issues were identified, however, so we made the decision to have the work performed. The waiting area is uniquely equipped and allowed me to work on a laptop away from the tv area.My service representative was knowledgeable, courteous and thoughtful. I was very impressed.

I had a scheduled appointment for an issue on the car, which was the door trim on the rear passenger door. I was greeted at the service center by Ben Hare, service associate. I also point out to him that all my dashboard lights were malfunctioning. He told me they would do a multi inspection of the car, after asking me several questions, which I was perplexed by. Mind you this was a brand new 2024 ascent and I pulled it off the lot it only had 42 miles on it. On Monday September 9th I sat in your lobby for four hours, from 7:30am-11:30am and then was offered a loaner and told it was the turbocharger was missing a bolt on my recently purchased vehicle and was in need of repair. I was notified that the car was ready for pick up, I called and made arrangements to get it on Tuesday. When I arrived I was meet by Alex Shaffer assistant service manager, who told me he never seen anything like that. Both Ben and Alex were very professional and addressed the issues and promptly returned my car to me. I am a proud owner of five Subaru’s 1989 Four door hatchback. 1998 Anniversary addition Outback, 2006 B9 Tribeca known to be one of a kind, 2013 Outback limited, and now a 2024 Ascent onyx limited. Knowing this you would hope that we have earned your respect.

It is always a great experience at Mike Shaw Subaru! We went in for an oil change on my 2023 Outback, but ended up trading it in on a new 3 year lease for a Solterra 2024 touring Subaru EV!
