Marcus made my day when I explained an issue with my brakes pulsing. He was so knowledgeable and immediately recognized was an issue that Subaru extended the warranty on. There was a delay getting my vehicle done, but I appreciate that Marcus caught that he was sent the old recalled part and managed to get the correct part in quickly. To help with the inconvenience I appreciate the loaner car he provided.
