I worked with Not, who was great at explaining the process, kept in touch during the maintenance window, got got me a Lyft home.

Dropped my car off 12 hours early as I walk home from the dealership. I know my car is securely locked up and in great hands once I leave it at Mike Shaw. I promptly received a call, 24 hours later and was sent an UBER to retrieve my vehicle. Perfection, a well-oiled machine is how I would describe this process. Thank you, Mike Shaw!
