Sam was great - he worked around my schedule and answered my questions efficiently. When we arrived at the dealership, he handed me off to Jamie because he was with another client. Jamie was spectacular (note it was the first car purchase I'd ever made). She didn't talk down to me, she explained what was going to happen, she proactively let me know where the bathroom was. She explained to me how the keys work and how to unlock and lock the car when the key is in the immediate vicinity. She offered to pair my phone with Car Play, she showed me where the back windshield wiper control was, explained the seat controls, honestly, was just the most amazingly helpful person while being quick and not wasting my time. She somehow managed to time everything so that when the finance manager was ready for me, I was ready for him.

I appreciate the service I received from Mike Shaw. I feel that the technician could have paid more attention to detail. It was requested that I replace the air filter, when I have a rechargeable K&N air filter. It was also suggested that I have the throttle body cleaned. I declined the service. When I got home, it was clear that an inspection was done and where there was a plastic clip, it was replaced with a zip tie. I would have hoped, being at a Subaru dealership, it would be easy to replace with the correct parts…even the small ones. Drew, my advisor was great to work with.
