I was there for 3 hours so it was way to long for a scheduled appointment for an oil change.

Arrived 2 hours early but took me in right away. Fixed the front brakes in a reasonable amount of time.

Amazing. They were able to get me in quickly and even washed my car! I bought my car here (from Christian, who rocks!) last year and they are the most professional, most straight forward dealer I have ever worked with. This is my first Subaru and I get why folks are loyal to the car and the dealers. Usually I take the front tag of my car that advertises the dealer, but I am actually proud to support Mike Shaw so I haven't removed it. Shannon Skelton (Boulder & Manhattan, Kansas)
