I'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED A PREVIOUS REVIEW AND PROVIDED POSITIVE FEEDBACK, BUT NO ONE GETS BACK WITH US REGARDING OUR REQUEST TO PROVIDE THE SUBARU 2 YEAR MAINTENANCE PLANS ON THE TWO CARS WE'RE PURCHASING PLUS TRADING IN ANOTHER CAR AND DON'T HEAR ANYTHING BACK. SO DOES ANYONE LOOK AT THESE?-PROBABLY NOT AND DISAPOINTED!

Car was towed with roadside assistance because battery died, fast efficient service next day (towed on a sunday)

had to replace bushings and a wheel lug I wasn't expecting. almost $1600 is a lot for a retiree.

The sales person, Cliff Swaim, was expecting us and was ready for us. He spent all the time we needed and answered every question that we had. We came back the next day and he had the paperwork ready to go. An incredibly smooth and efficient experience. This is how car buying can and should go.
