I brought my car in for a recall software update and they found a hole in my tire too. They were not able to do the software update so I have to return when they get it corrected and are able to do the update. The good news is they didn't charge me for plugging the hole in my tire and they washed my car. All of which was very nice. I still like Mike Shaw and the service people. All very nice.

Jamie was awesome. Very knowledgeable. Very attentive to what we were looking for. I knew what I wanted when I walked In and she helped get the paperwork done quickly and we were out the doors in way less time than I anticipated.

Excellent as always with clear explanation and communication what services were needed for our vehicle. The mechanic’s video description is very helpful to get the visual cues on the status of the vehicle and what services are needed. Finally, having Mr. Markus Munoz as our tech lead is always welcome.

Experience was really good. Shane did a great job and has been working with us since late May. Always super responsive and quick to answer questions. We really appreciated everything Shane did and he was excellent during the entire buying process.Alex was really great to work with for financing as well. Presented information very clearly and went over all our options in detail.
