Jamie took such great care of me! I called a day before looking around and some gentlemen named Cliff I believe just gave me numbers and asked what time I would be showing up. He wanted me to show up more on his timing because he was leaving for a concert, I still worked that day. When I showed up Jamie was the person who took GREAT care of me. She was funny kind to my mother and explained all of my choices and what would be the best plan for me.

Cliff Swaim was the salesman we worked with at Mike Shaw Subaru. He came recommended by a friend who works in the car industry, and he did not disappoint. He really listened to what my partner and I were looking for, and helped guide us in the right direction when we unsure about something. He knew we were on a time crunch (I couldn’t miss my hair appointment!) and he got us in and out in plenty of time. Everyone we encountered during our dealership experience were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the dealership is dog friendly! I was also impressed with all the follow-up from days and even weeks after the actual buying experience. Cliff had been so responsive, and truly cares about his customers. I thought that we weren’t given a second key fob, so I reached out to Cliff and he was willing to do anything to make it right (even though it ended up being misplaced by my partner and later found), he wanted to make sure we had the second fob regardless. I have never felt this level of care from a car dealership. It was a completely different buying experience, and I would highly recommend anyone work with Cliff Swaim and Mike Shaw Subaru.
