Our experience with purchasing a vehicle was OK. Tom was great about explaining the features of the vehicle and seeing that we were set up to be safe on the road. Howerver, our experience was rushed because of our schedule, and therefore we didn't feel like we had enough time to go through the warranty options. We had called several times to get through to Randon to explore those options and have even texted Tom, but have not had a response. We finally ended up purchasing a warranty package through another dealer.
