Simon Lupo was very helpful with my situation. I came home from a 2 week trip away from home and found a dead battery in my 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness. That never happened before. In 2024 I had a similar battery go dead for no reason and it was also replaced. I brought the replaced 2024 battery to Simon and he gave me a brand new battery within 24 hours. He told me he thought this battery he replaced had a dead cell. I installed the new replacement battery and everything was fine after Simon told me the car horn would stop beeping once I started the car.

In the service department, Taylor immediately located the source of the rattle that I thought was inside the passenger door of my new car. It was a twisted seatbelt vibrating against the door. He could have been frustrated that I hadn't figured it out, but he was kind and patient.

All went well.

Came in for oil change.everyone was polite and got things done quickly.

Taylor and Keegen were so helpful and accommodating with my request for a different appointment time. They made me feel like family and even remembered my car purchase from last year as it was the first of its model on the lot for 2024. Great service!
