Mike O. helped me get the card I was looking for, cut through any of the nonsense and gave me the info I needed without bogging down the experience. I needed a few things after the purchase and he responded quickly and got everything resolved right away.

Jamie was wonderful. Made the experience as quick and simple as she could. Gave direct information we asked about unlike Tom the last time we came in. If not for Jamie, we would have gone elsewhere for our purchase.

My Solterra was in for a software upgrade. Per the notice from Subaru the fix shouldn't be more than 3 hours. The technician was unable to fix the car until the next day. I appreciate the skills needed to make the changes needed. However, I wonder if Subaru has provided adequate training on repairs to be made on the EV.Nonetheless, staff was very helpful and I have no direct problem with Mike Shaw Subaru.

Got my loaner not expecting the job to be completed in day and yet 8 hours later iit was done.
