Prior to my visiting the dealership I was in communication with my salesperson Tommy Lee. We agreed on a time for me to meet him for a test drive. I told him what my expectations were so I was not up sold anything. I felt I got a fair deal on my trade- in as well as the car I purchased. I was in and out in less than 3 hours.

My experience with Mike Shaw Subaru has always been a good one. Ben is a great person to work with. He was communicative and kept me updated on what is happening with my car. The only problem was how long it took for the radio to come in. I am aware that the part was on back order and there wasn’t anything Ben or the parts Dept. could do about that. Once it was shipped, I was notified, once it arrived, I was notified and once the work was completed, I was notified.
