Shane was fantastic. He helped us so much. He treated us with respect, kindness, and a professional attitude that was knowledgeable but down to earth. We visited many dealerships, but no one treated us as well as Shane.

Amazing. 15/10. Eric G was communicative, proactive, respectful of my comms style and didn't make me feel pressured. He got us in and out quickly when we were ready to move forward. Cake back for service to install a hitch and that vibe continued- so kind, friendly, communicative and helpful. Can't recommend this place more.

The services preformed were great. The communication about how long it would take to get everything done was not.I arrived for a 4pm appointment and was told we would not be able to get everything done today because "the guys" leave in an hour. I agreed to drop my car off overnight being told it would be ready for pick tomorrow morning. The next morning at 9am I had to reach out to find out when my car would be ready, which I was told there were still two cars in front of mine. It wasn't until I reached out again at 10:30 to be told my car still hadn't been looked at. At 12pm, I finally had an update about what was going on with my car and a plan to get everything done. 24 hours later, literally, I got to pick up my car and things were handled well. I get thing happen and schedules get thrown off, but having a person go 24 hours without their car for an oil change, new tires & a fuel line flush seems a bit much. I would have just liked to have known what was happening and a real time frame. If there was no way to get all the things done in a reasonable amount of time when I dropped the car off I wished that was expressed to me better. Letting me know we can't get all of that done in a quick time frame today but come back at a different time and schedule that with me. Do not have me drop my car off for 24 hours for minor things, or have a better online scheduling system.

My experience was great. The service team helped walked me through everything at a professional and knowledgable rate. I also took my dog – and all the employees were very happy to meet her. I also happened to talk with the Manager, Jeff and he had a very welcoming personality. Spent time talking to me about any questions I have and saying great things about the company and employees as a whole. It was a great experience. I always return because of the service, cleanliness and professionalism I get.Alicia + Penni (dog)
