Very good service.

Went in to only test drive an outback Wilderness and ended up buying one... everyone there Tom (sales guy), Jeff (GM), Alex (Finance) all took excellent care of me. There was a little mishap where my car sustained a small dent and Mike Shaw handled it perfectly. Stuff happens... but how a company responds is more important than anything. Especially compared to my boyfriends experience with a Ford dealership where they made several mistakes that resulted in 3 trips back and did absolutely nothing to make up for it I am blown away by my experience here. I have now purchased two cars from them and I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

Came for an oil change and then got a lengthy list of upsell items that needed immediate attention. Didn't care for that. I checked with my own car repair person and he told me that is standard procedure to "upsell" all of these items at dealerships. I ignored most of them but doubt I will be coming back for service any time soon.

Always nice. But 2 hours to get oil changed when I was there for my appointment on time at 1:30?

Brandon wanted Kathleen to call him. She has tried several times and doesn't get a response.We are 73 years old and things like this are upsetting

Oil change and tire rotation was fast. Taylor was very kind, informative and helpful. Only way I think the experience could be improved is if I could get estimates before I come in for service.

Larry was great! He helped me understand what the issue was with my A/C and what needed to be done to repair it. I'll definitely ask for Larry again.
