My experience with Mike Shaw Subaru has always been a good one. Ben is a great person to work with. He was communicative and kept me updated on what is happening with my car. The only problem was how long it took for the radio to come in. I am aware that the part was on back order and there wasn’t anything Ben or the parts Dept. could do about that. Once it was shipped, I was notified, once it arrived, I was notified and once the work was completed, I was notified.

Eric Grimm was very knowledgeable and patient. He took care of our entire family while we there. He taught me quite a few things about my new Subaru.
