They kept inform and reasonable time

Everything was great, except they forgot to top off window washer fluid.

My experience was great. The service team helped walked me through everything at a professional and knowledgable rate. I also took my dog – and all the employees were very happy to meet her. I also happened to talk with the Manager, Jeff and he had a very welcoming personality. Spent time talking to me about any questions I have and saying great things about the company and employees as a whole. It was a great experience. Staff was great. Kind of a long wait for having an appointment but I understand they are busy. Also, the technicians need to make sure the glove box is put back properly. Two times now, I have had to go back and re-adjust it myself.
