From the time I walked in to drop off my car to picking it up in the evening was a smooth and quick process. I received updates on my car throughout the day, and setting up a lyft ride to and from work was breeze. I would definitely have work done here again.

Went in to only test drive an outback Wilderness and ended up buying one... everyone there Tom (sales guy), Jeff (GM), Alex (Finance) all took excellent care of me. There was a little mishap where my car sustained a small dent and Mike Shaw handled it perfectly. Stuff happens... but how a company responds is more important than anything. Especially compared to my boyfriends experience with a Ford dealership where they made several mistakes that resulted in 3 trips back and did absolutely nothing to make up for it I am blown away by my experience here. I have now purchased two cars from them and I will continue to recommend them to my family and friends.

Came for an oil change and then got a lengthy list of upsell items that needed immediate attention. Didn't care for that. I checked with my own car repair person and he told me that is standard procedure to "upsell" all of these items at dealerships. I ignored most of them but doubt I will be coming back for service any time soon.
