CLASS acts from start to finish. Respected my time, had the documents prepared ahead of time, gave me a very fair trade in and the whole process was upfront, honest and effortless. Quite honestly the least stressful and most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I also LOVE my new Crosstrek Wilderness!

Shane Monahan was very thorough and explained numerous details about the car and the car-buying process to me, including the lease steps and paperwork. He was friendly, calm, and honest. I didn't feel rushed even though the EV deals were expiring soon; he wasn't a pushy or rude salesman.I felt unprepared and uninformed during the finance portion, as I didn't know the packages available ahead of time and which one I should select based on what was truly a deal. Can these packages be provided in advance? If not, then it seems like a scam, and I wish Mike Shaw wouldn't do that. I asked the finance person for more information about the packages, and he didn't have the specifics, so I wasn't able to get a clear answer. Either he wasn't well-trained or he wasn't being honest; either way, that part wasn't smooth.

Prompt service. I was referred to the assistant manager for a difficult service issue. Joshua was a gem who was ready to troubleshoot (with tech assistance) my passenger airbag problem. Unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved, even with communication with Subaru Tech help. But Joshua and the tech here did their best or solve the problem.

I brought my car in to fix the hydraulics in the trunk and the tpms sensor. They were discovered before I bought the car and you guys said you would fix them and you guys did. However the communication was subpar. I texted back to the number I was texted from at my visit to ask how long it might be. It wasn't an issue that it would take longer than stated, but I never heard back. The phone number to call and talk was out of service. I was annoyed by the lack of communication.
