I had to know what I wanted and Mike Shaw Subaru had the used car I had been looking for so it was not a high pressure sales experience. I had frozen my credit and had difficulty getting that changed but they waited for me and then just said I was good to go. I was so happy it was a fast and seamless experience for me.
