Had a big surprise repair arise out of an oil change - not happy about that, but it was not the fault of the dealership or our service advisor, Ean, who was fantastic. The car also had to be returned to the dealership after the repair because there was water in a line which caused the ABS, EyeSight, power steering other systems to stop working, send error messages. Car was towed and returned to my home at no cost, which. I appreciated.

Arrived a few minutes early to my scheduled appointment, and I was able to get checked in right away. The dealership seemed pretty busy which was expected on a Saturday, but despite me adding on more services than I was scheduled for they were still able to complete my service in about 2hrs or so which I appreciated.
