Scheduled a 120,000 mile service for my Impreza. Other services were recommended upon inspection. Ben took the time to walk me through what each repair entailed, the severity/urgency and spoke to me in a way that I could understand. Ben was truly amazing, patient and professional. A total gentleman. Give that man a raise.

Cliff Swaim is the best- talked us through vehicle options, compared them, let us drive them, explored available color options- helped us get to a confident final decision.
