Taylor was great. Some frustration we have when we come is that we get the list of issues to approve before we get a call. This happens every time we visit. While we should be used to it by now it’s a little shocking to be asked for approval in $1000’s in repairs then get a call that says oh we can just do these.

My experience here is always amazing! This is directly because of Simon. He’s always so helpful. I’m not very educated on car maintenance but I trust Simon to always be transparent on what I actually need and the best route to take regarding maintenance. He also makes the experience cool and fun!

My wife and I bought a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek from Mike Shaw Subaru on September 3rd, 2025, and I must say the experience was unlike any other dealership experience I have ever had (with the exception of buying a Saturn back in 1997). I worked with John Vang in sales and Brandon Vigil in finance. These two are true gentlemen and are rewriting the "douchey" reputation of car dealers that has so long been earned.We started our journey with them on Monday September 1st, 2025. We had some credit concerns we were working through and John was not the least bit pushy at all whatsoever as most car salespeople usually are. In fact, we were originally after a hybrid vehicle. But after explaining what we were going to use the car for, John wisely and honestly stated in his opinion he did not believe the hybrid was worth the extra money. At the same time, they had a 0% financing offer on the vehicle we bought but this expired on September 2nd. We weren't sure we would get our credit concerns resolved by then so we took our chances and walked away without ever feeling any pressure at all whatsoever.Our credit concerns were resolved on September 3rd at which time I followed up with John Vang to check on the current financing offers. He told me the financing was the lowest at 2.9% which would have drastically raised our payment from what we wanted it to be - keep in mind we had a very large down payment. When I checked the website, the 0% financing was still posted and I told John about that. He went to his GM, Jeff Lombardo, and then called me back to tell me they would actually honor the 0%!!! And, yes, we DID get financing at 0% for 75 months. This, my friends, is rewriting how a dealer SHOULD do business.My wife and I bought the 2025 Crosstrek from Mike Shaw Subaru strictly because of how John Vang treated us, respected us, and never, ever once tried to push us. Brandon Vigil in financing did the same thing and gave us an incredible deal on some extended warranty products. Jeff Lombardo, the GM, was an absolute gentleman and just as nice as he could be. I used to work at a neighboring, competing dealer and THEY didn't even treat me like this as an employee when I bought a $53,000 vehicle from them!!I will absolutely ten bazillion percent recommend Mike Shaw Subaru on 104th to EVERYONE that I know.Well done gentlemen. Well done!!!!!
