Not was amazing. It's the little things that make me come back to get my car serviced. I left my headphones in my car and was heading to work. He got them out of my car and even charged them for me.

I just purchased a used car at Mike Shaw Subaru. After having it home for two days, I realized something was leaking out of the bottom. I reached out to my sales person and he arranged for me to bring the car in to get fixed free to charge! The service center was so kind to me, order parts for me, got me set up with Lyft so I could get to work. I was so incredible grateful that my issue was solved. They went above and beyond.

I arrived expecting to have one of the major inspections done. Larry checked my maintenance history and said I was only due a routine maintenance check. The customer service and technical service is excellent.

I scheduled an oil change and when I brought it in, the technicians found several issues that needed to addressed. In an effort to keep my car running I decided to go ahead and approve them. It’s been two summers in a row now that this car has needed several thousand dollars worth of work which is disappointing, but overall my experience working with Mike Shaw Subaru has been great. I feel like I’m in good hands and the peace of mind from the issues being resolved is worth it.
