Mike Shaw always does an amazing job for me. I bring in my work vehicle which is an Enterprise fleet car. Enterprise is not the easiest place to deal with, but Mike Shaw never complains and they seem to have a way with getting stuff approved for repair and upkeep.

The people I worked with were great. It was quick. The only thing I’m bummed about is the fact that I didn’t really look at the outside of the car thoroughly. I assumed that since it was a brand new vehicle it would be perfect and yet when I got home, I noticed there was a faint scratch on the bumper. That was very disappointing.

Your employee Ben Hare gave excellent customer service. I love that I can check on my cell phone the progress of my car. I love that!
