Cliff called me on a Thursday to respond to a voicemail I left with Subaru regarding purchasing a new car. By the end of the day on Thursday, Cliff fully informed me about available Forester Limiteds in a 150 mile radius. There were only ten. Cliff did an amazing job responding to my questions and helping me to secure my new autumn green 2024 Subaru Forester Limited. I put down a deposit Friday morning and drove my new Subaru home on Saturday. I haven’t ever purchased a vehicle on my own. Cliff’s experience and knowledge caused me to come away from the purchase feeling completely confident in purchase. Just as importantly, it was an extremely positive experience.I was also very appreciative of Alejandra and the time that she took with me to go over my extended warranty and other options. I had many questions and she answered them adeptly.

Honestly I absolutely hate car dealerships and sales people! They are often times obnoxious, lack integrity and overtly pushy. My husband met Cliff about two years ago when we first moved to Colorado as he was exploring a smaller daily driver and there was a bond formed. My husband purchased from cliff a few months ago and when I was in an early contemplation stage for a new vehicle, I reached out to Cliff. Cliff was phenomenal and made the process smooth and painless. He answered my questions, and allowed me to make the choice without pressure. Cliff exemplifies what a salesperson should be and more need to follow his lead!
