We live about 4 hours away and had a marmot chew some wires under the engine. Mike Shaw answered our questions so we could drive the car there and was able to fix it when we needed it fixed. We feel at ease working with Mike Shaw - highly recommend them!

It was efficient and relatively quick. I understand that you didn't have any prior records, but was a bit taken aback when you said it was urgent that I have the 60,000 mile maintenance performed for about $1,000 (it was done 2 years ago at a private automotive repair place).

I requested a multipoint inspection without an appointment at the Express Service desk. I was able to have the vehicle inspected and recommended service performed in about 2 hours or so.Waiting room was comfortable and the free snacks and drinks are appreciated.

Cliff called me on a Thursday to respond to a voicemail I left with Subaru regarding purchasing a new car. By the end of the day on Thursday, Cliff fully informed me about available Forester Limiteds in a 150 mile radius. There were only ten. Cliff did an amazing job responding to my questions and helping me to secure my new autumn green 2024 Subaru Forester Limited. I put down a deposit Friday morning and drove my new Subaru home on Saturday. I haven’t ever purchased a vehicle on my own. Cliff’s experience and knowledge caused me to come away from the purchase feeling completely confident in purchase. Just as importantly, it was an extremely positive experience.I was also very appreciative of Alejandra and the time that she took with me to go over my extended warranty and other options. I had many questions and she answered them adeptly.
