Friendly, helpful tech. Clear and timely communication about issues with vehicle. The price was unfortunate, but reasonable with respect to other competitors. Service appears to have been performed satisfactorily.

We have dealt with two other car dealerships in Colorado that have not been a good experience. Buying a car and trusting dealerships is a big deal. We will never buy a car (new or used) anywhere but at Mike Shaw, with Jeff and Mike Olenski. Mike makes you feel like family!

While this was a typical ‘car dealer’ transaction with a lot of back and forth with the manager, in the end I got the deal and car I was looking for and everyone was happy. It did take a LONG time to get thru the process. I came in ready to buy a car, write a check and drive out the door, but the layers and layers of paperwork and process was tiresome.

It was quick, easy and painless.
