It was nice to not have too many time consuming repairs done this time. I’ve gotten irritated with that before but hey, my car is 15 years old! Appreciate the quick and attentive service my old car got.

I had waited a month to start shopping for a new vehicle and found a 2021 Honda pilot advertised through Cargurus at Mike Shaw Subaru. Cliff Swaim III allowed me to take it to my mechanic and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it! Cliff made the whole process so easy and everyone is marveling at my great find!

When I come in for a specific issue, I expect it to be diagnosed first. And I expect to be talked with about the issue, be told what the repair entails and cost by the service advisor. This business of texting the cause and repairs needed isn't acceptable! I want you to talk with someone. I want to ask questions. I will not authorize repairs through a text or email! And do not perform a "multi-point inspection" without asking if I want one! Don't just do it, and don't do it before you fix what I came in for.
