Appointment for oil change, as a wait, was scheduled for 8:30 am.When I arrived at 8:25 I was told the service manager over booked, and the wait time would be 2 hours. I was offered a ride home and ride back by tech.My wait time was 2 hours. Thank Heavens for water and snacks in the waiting area.

The service performed on my Outback was profeccional. The only problem encountered was grease and dirt that in the inside on the cab.
