I have had excellent customer service at Mike Shaw's every visit. My car was making an intermittent noise, which was hard to duplicate and identify. Ian, Tony and their teams worked very hard to figure out where the issue was coming from. They worked over two days, at no cost to me, to pin down the sound. In addition, they provided Lyft rides and a loaner car without any cost to me. They both took time to work with me and keep me well informed. It was a complete 180 from other Subaru dealers in Denver and I was very pleased with my visit.

I always like having my forester serviced at Mike Shaw, but this last time, I was given a list of items that needed attention, including, a possible oil pan leak. This has never been an issue the whole time I have owned my car, but a day after coming home there was a new oil spot on my garage floor, the only one in fact! I feel I have been taken advantage of, not very happy!
