I screwed up and scheduled it wrong, but they were awesome and got me in! They communicated well throughout the process and were so helpful. If there is anyway they can set my clock, it would have made my life easier, because I can never remember how to do that (but that's probably more of a "me" problem.)

I am relatively new to the area and had never been to Mike Shaw Subaru for a maintenance on my 2022 Forester. On Wednesday, May 29 I had an emergency with my right rear tire. I called the service department which was very helpful. They said to bring my car right over. They scheduled me for a 1:30 pm slot but would try to get me in sooner. When I arrived, I was greeted by Not who couldn't have been more helpful or reassuring. I drove away with a repaired tire, safe care to drive, and even a free car wash! Thank you so much for great repairs and kind service.

Pleasant enough experience. Ben was really cool he updated me a couple of times about the status of my car. Just had to come back 3 times to get the oil pan leak fixed would be a 5star if i had not needed to make a lot of trips to the shop.. All good though 👌🏻

It was perfect, except after mentioning a free car wash atleast 3 times, they didn't do it. No HUGE deal, just saying. I very much appreciated the free repair to my tire, due to a nail. Thank you!

It was really unclear who was helping me - it’s like I was assigned to someone but that person wasn’t able to help me at the time, so someone else covered and the truth is I don’t care who helps me, but I wouldn’t have thought twice about it if it hadn’t seemed like such a big deal to the employees that the wrong person ended up helping me. Very weird. Is it like a waiter system? You sit in the waiters section and they cover their section but if another waiter covers for them they still get that table’s tips? I don’t get it.
