Greg and Cliff really helped my husband and I out. When I got To Mike Shaw I was Greeted by Greg who helped me find the car I was Looking for and allowed us to test drive the car. When we got back from the test drive he made sure it went well and even showed us more options! I have had excellent customer service at Mike Shaw's every visit. My car was making an intermittent noise, which was hard to duplicate and identify. Ian, Tony and their teams worked very hard to figure out where the issue was coming from. They worked over two days, at no cost to me, to pin down the sound. In addition, they provided Lyft rides and a loaner car without any cost to me. They both took time to work with me and keep me well informed. It was a complete 180 from other Subaru dealers in Denver and I was very pleased with my visit.
