Cliff was our sales representative.we were talking about doing a trade up from the car we were currently in Clif did a great job and was very diligent and reactive and helping us get out of Crossville situation that we were currently in the recommendation he made was very good and all the ducks fell in a row.We appreciate cliffs hard work and keeping us informed on what to expect and giving us proper guidance putting the customer first.
