Service deptment got me in on my schedule and did my 60,000 maintenance. Ean was very helpful and explained everything to me. Repeated things I was having trouble understanding. Many think it is better and less expensive to go elsewhere rather than a dealer for service. While others may beslightly less expensive the convenience and comp loaner make Mike Shaw worth it.

I have been a customer of Mike Shaw service department for years and although I did not purchase my Subaru from you I was faithful to the service dept. When it came to purchasing my next vehicle I chose Mike Shaw, I had done my research and came in to purchase that morning. when I could not get an agreement from the "Manager", what I was asking for was to lower the price by 758 dollars. I proceeded to leave and head to another dealership who in fact gave me the price I wanted. When the dealer didn't have the vehicle I wanted on the lot they looked around and found it at Mike Shaw. I left the dealership and within minutes was called buy Oja whom I was working with that morning to ask if I had found my deal when I told him I did, then I was offered the deal I initially asked for. As you know I did purchase the vehicle from Mike Shaw (because I have been treated so well by the service dept) after they gave me the deal I wanted, but I did had to wait another week due to my schedule. So in the big picture I was not happy that I had to play the dealership game for $758 when I have been so dedicated to your company for so many years. I am very please with my car as well as with the service I received from Oja. I will continue to use the service dept as again I have been nothing but pleased with them.

easy but needs to be faster because I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes just to change the oil
