Amazing!

This was our third time leasing a vehicle with Cliff and as always, he made the experience easy and we walked away with exactly what we wanted.

Fantastic!! I had been fighting with a local auto shop for months. They kept trying to recommend repairs in the $1000s. Finally got fed up and took it to Mike Shaw where they found the problem within hours and a few other things I wasn't looking for. Overall, even with all the additional repairs, my bill was a few $1000 cheaper. Also 11/10 on communication. Its been awhile since I've experienced that. Thanks Taylor Comroe!!

Everyone was very helpful and my experience went very smoothly from start to finish. Having contact with someone while your car is being taken care of is very useful and informative.

Great! Efficient!

Sam was great! He explained the detail of the car and all the nuances. However, I originally had an appointment with one person. He then passed me on to a friend. That person 's body language was "this person is not purchasing so I will not waste my time with him- because I am too important for this". That type of behavior was disgusting, but fortunately for me, he passed us along to Sam. To thayt end, it is my hope that Sam does not split any commission with anyone but gets the entire amount of money that he deserves.

My service rep was Larry. The service on my car was completed pretty quickly to my satisfaction. He recommended that I get new tires before next winter, so I’ll be sure to do that.
