Eric Grimm was very helpful towards us in making a decision on purchasing the Subaru Forester we bought. I believe the price we paid for the Subaru was fare, but of course, you never know if it could have been less. Making deals on a car is not my forte. Overall though, we are happy with the Forester and its performance.

Great customer service. The appointment was am hour later then the estimate. I said I understood. And to my surprise i was given a free oil change. I waa so thankful. This was a sharp contrast with my previous experience when I was advised on additional needs beyond my oil change. I chose to wait and only did the basic oil change. I called back to ask about those additional needs. Service advisor said there were zero notes. I asked for the manager to review the history and get back. Never got a phone call. My recent visit I decided to give you another try. Glad I did!
