I have been coming to MS for a few years with some good and not so good experiences. This one was good. The only thing that I did care for was, it took a few visits to get my car done, and everytime I got a different inspection result. Was a little confusing.

I did not like the fact that I was sitting in the waiting room when the technician sent me emails about my car rather than coming in and directly talking with me

Warranty work for the battery on my 2023 Outback, handled promptly by everyone right from my initial phone call, all of the way up to getting my vehicle when it was complete. A stronger new battery was installed and some other qualifying items, too. Aidan and his team are pros. I have been and will continue to take my Outback to Mike Shaw for all services. Highly recommended

I have been to Subaru dealers in Indiana, Georgia and Colorado. This was without doubt the worst dealer of the thre, in all aspects, and is more or less a somewhat dated place. It was busy, which makes things difficult, but was neither welcoming nor nasty. If I buy a new car, I’ll check out the other dealers as well

One example that stood out to me was the delivery process. A few weeks ago, I bought a car from another dealership, and the experience felt very different. There, someone walked out with me, handed me a reusable bag, helped me pack up my things, and even transferred everything into my new car. At your dealership, I was sent out with a clear trash bag to handle everything on my own. After I went into financing, I didn’t see my salesperson again. For such a big purchase and milestone, it didn’t feel acknowledged or celebrated. It felt like once the sale was made, the interaction ended.I was also a previous Subaru owner, and I would’ve appreciated a walk-through of what was new or different in this model. Getting my salesperson to explain features felt like pulling teeth.
