I love coming to Mike Shaw for service!!!!! The techs actually look me in the eye when explaining things to me! The best part is when they speak with me, they don't treat me like I'm a total idiot when it comes to cars. I bought my first Subaru (Crosstrek is second Subaru) from Shortline, and always had issues when getting service done. I usually had to either bring my husband or my dad in order for techs there to listen to me. I came to Mike Shaw once with my old Subaru and the service was amazing then too. They were able to diagnose and fix an issue with my previous car that Shortline couldn't figure out what was wrong. Its the main reason I bought my Crosstrek from Mike Shaw!!!

I came in to get my check engine light looked at. Emma helped me & she was AMAZING. She was super clear as far as communication & extremely helpful from start to finish. Every experience i’ve had at Mike Shaw has been stellar

Ben was very knowledgeable & helpful explaining the repairs needed on my car.

Not listened to my one concern and had the mechanic check it out. Alignment. The time for oil change and alignment was reasonable.

Love my Subaru. Purchased my Subaru from this dealership in 2018. Do all of my car’s service maintenance here. My car is well taken care of.
