This was so easy and efficient! From scheduling the appointment through the on-time service completion (nearly to the minute as projected!) this dealership is wonderful. All with whom I had contact were respectful and clear in their communications. The environment was clean and comfortable. The text/email updates were easy to understand and use. Easily my favorite dealership.

Taylor is phenomenal, his customer service and friendly demeanor is pleasant to be around. He’s always making sure I’ve been taken care of and remembers my past visits. I feel supported by your staff and appreciate doing business with you guys!!

I came at a busy time and was at the shop a long time. I was advised to come earlier or later. Will do so in the future.

Good except I wish they would explain with my warranty and the extra oil changes I pay for monthly...are they topping off my fluids? What all are they doing?

This was our third time leasing a vehicle with Cliff and as always, he made the experience easy and we walked away with exactly what we wanted.

Fantastic!! I had been fighting with a local auto shop for months. They kept trying to recommend repairs in the $1000s. Finally got fed up and took it to Mike Shaw where they found the problem within hours and a few other things I wasn't looking for. Overall, even with all the additional repairs, my bill was a few $1000 cheaper. Also 11/10 on communication. Its been awhile since I've experienced that. Thanks Taylor Comroe!!
