this was my first visit to your dealership. Wait was pretty long even with an appointment....oil change and a new battery. Did NOT get anything in writing saying how long the new battery is good for ! Can you get back to me on that ? And I would like something in writing on that in regular mail.

I just went in to test drive the crosstrek, wanting to purchase a used one. I test drove the new 2024 and fell in love! I did some at home research that evening and found Mike Shaw to be one of the better deals around the area. Cliff made it so easy to trade in the old car and purchase my first brand new car! Cliff took the time to show me all of the bells and whistles in the crosstrek before I left with it.
