Service on my car was done quickly and I was able to track progress in the app. The technician noticed my front brakes were wearing unevenly and the Advisor, Ean, made an appointment for me to return for a full front brake job under warranty.Also, I really appreciated the snacks and coffee service in the customer lounge while waiting for my car.

As usual everyone was pleasant and professional. Explaining everything so I could understand.

I love coming to Mike Shaw for service!!!!! The techs actually look me in the eye when explaining things to me! The best part is when they speak with me, they don't treat me like I'm a total idiot when it comes to cars. I bought my first Subaru (Crosstrek is second Subaru) from Shortline, and always had issues when getting service done. I usually had to either bring my husband or my dad in order for techs there to listen to me. I came to Mike Shaw once with my old Subaru and the service was amazing then too. They were able to diagnose and fix an issue with my previous car that Shortline couldn't figure out what was wrong. Its the main reason I bought my Crosstrek from Mike Shaw!!!
