While customer service inside the building is great, once you leave the property communications are absolute crap. In July we bought our Forester in for an oil change. Eric was pleasant and professional. We took advantage of your Uber service to get breakfast. While at breakfast we attempted to check the status but of course the app said there was an error... try again later. Sent Eric a text no response. Tried to call Eric... sent to voice mail. Left several messages as we need both the status of the vehicle and the return Uber ride. Finally got through on the 5th attempt. A few weeks after the oil change, we got a follow-up text from Eric. I responded to the text asking for a quote to have the rear brakes done. No response. I called the Service Department and selected Price Questions. First guy quoted me $270 but said a Service Advisor would need to call me back and confirm. No call back from an Advisor. Called back two more times to speak with an advisor left one voice mail and one time the rep said she would elevate the issue to the manager. Still no call back. Showed up for my appointment and described the above to Marcus. Marcus estimated 2-2.5 hours to have the brakes complete. Uber ride home. 4 hours later still no update. Tried checking the app for status... of course it didn't work (something went wrong... please try again later). Texted Marcus... no response. Called Marcus got sent to voice mail, left a message... no call back. Ended up having to have my wive drive me back up and hope the car was ready. Marcus zeroed out my bill which was unexpected and appreciated, but again customer service inside the building is great.

The whole experience was amazing! Mike Olenski is always the best there is and Alejandra in Finance was efficient and delightful making the whole time spent at the dealership very enjoyable.

Dominick is a great service representative and I appreciate him answering my questions. I was in to replace my radio under warranty and waited at the dealership for 4 hours. Unlike my previous visits, I did not receive a message with my service inspection report (text or email) and so I did not know my brakes were close to needing to be replaced. If I had known I would have added this service on to my appointment that day instead of having to now come back a week later and lose another half a day. Again, Dominick is 5 stars, it’s the system error of not receiving my inspection report that is the frustration.
