Very good with the exception of two issues you folks should have noted and told me before hand:1.I was not made aware of multiple dents in the roof. Hail damage I suspect. It was noted on the Carfax report.I would have dickered on the price of the car to the tune of $1000.2.I was told there where 4 "winter" tires in the car that were included. They were wrapped in plastic. I unwrapped them when I got home. They are not winter tires. They are regular street tires. The winter tires are on the car. Would have been nice if they were swapped out for me.I'm not pointing at anyone in particular. Guess I should have not been so trusting.Joe Colarusso

Our 2016 Forester had been having transmission issues. Brought it in January 2024 for this problem to have it fixed. Then on a trip up to the mountains, the transmission failed and we had to have the car towed back to Mike Shaw. They were able to fix the transmission by replacing it under warranty.

Good experience. Great communications with the service advisors.

I felt comfortable in purchasing a new car

took a bit longer than expected, but I had thought it might because of the starlinK upgrade.I appreciated that Ben Hare, informed me that my car was not going to be finished, before I started stressing about my ride back to your shop.The next morning bright and early I had a call from Ben that my car was going to be next in line and kept me informed until my car was finished, and he arranged for my Lyft ride.
