Preston was very kind and helpful. I spoke with him over the phone and a few times following up on text. I appreciated the friendly and professional atmosphere at Mike Shaw! This was my first experience buying a used car through a dealer and very overwhelming but Preston and Alejandra at the finance department made it a less intimidating experience than I have had the past few months with my search. Major plus: there is an RTD bus stop right at their location :).

Although all your staff have always been, in the years i've been buying have having vehicles serviced with M. ShawHe kept me informed throughout and even squeezed me in a bit earlycar rides so much betterall areas are clean and tidyThe waiting area worked okey dokey for getting work done while i waited2 small things might be helpful in waiting area:1. separate it a bit from watching tv area? perhaps cheap with those fabric moveable partitions to dampen sound?2. wifi speed :-/

Car needed extra work (warrantied) but discovered quickly and loaner car given

My service provider Ben was very nice! He got everything done and was communicative even though my car took so long!

Emma was especially friendly and helpful in setting up a battery warranty service, replacing the battery and DCM bypass box.
