I worked in fixed ops for many many years. That being said, I was so impressed with this experience. Quick, Polite, Efficient. I received photos and videos for everything I came in for and more. Both the technician and the service advisor treated me with so much care and effort, despite not having an appointment and showing up on a Friday after noon. I will work with Ben in the future, as I genuinely loved my experience. I just moved from Denver to Thornton, so Mike Shaw is my new dealer.

Cliff was very easy to talk to, not pushy or condescending, allowed us to test drive, brought a car from storage so I could see the color.The finance guy, can’t remember his name, was polite, explained everything in terms I could understand and answered every question in terms I understoodIt was overall a very good car buying experience.
