We take our cars across town specifically to Mike Shaw Subaru, since the reps and techs are super thorough and courteous. We really appreciate this location's honesty about which repairs are immediately needed vs those that are not critical, and we can wait. This honesty looking out for us as customers, instead of just trying to push us to spend more on unneeded repairs, will keep us coming back. Thank you.

The service employee found a nail in one of my tires and it was prior to me rcv'g a warning on my car. They washed the vehicle HOWEVER it was not wiped down therefore I had water spots that made it look dirtier than when I brought it in.
