After numerous attempts to correct the issue, I believe it has been sealed or repaired, as it was said before, but we will see, as it is too soon to tell. Joshua stepped in and took responsibility for the work to be completed.

The salesman Spencer was very personable and all staff were honest and upfront about costs.

From start to finish, it was a seamless experience. I was greeted promptly, the waiting area was comfortable, and the car was serviced promptly. In a word it was "pleasant."

Took my car in to check a check engine light, a couple of recall items, oil change and tire rotation. It was easy to make the appointment. The service advisor Aidan did a great job of evaluating the check engine light and explaining the work items. Everything was done as promised. Since there were several items, the repairs took longer than usual and I appreciated being provided a loaner vehicle.

When at the dealership everything is great. However trying to call and get a hold of anyone is next to impossible. I left tons of voicemails and none were ever returned and I could never get a hold of anyone. I called over 20 times in an about 4 days and never spoke with anyone. It’s so frustrating because we love bringing our two Subarus but never answering the phone is just ridiculous.
