I worked with Cliff Swaim at the Thornton location. He helped me get into a 2024 Subaru Ascent which I absolutely love! He gave me autonomy throughout the process and never once pressured me or suggested I take another course of action. He was knowledgable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Not to mention, he's got a whole lot of jokes up his sleeve which allowed for laughter and relaxation throughout an otherwise stressful (and exciting) process. The first time I filled up for gas I also found a $2 bill, which I suspect was his doing. It gave me a laugh and an opportunity to reflect on what a great experience we had with Cliff at Mike Shaw Subaru.
