Not was a wonderful customer service rep to work with on routine service and replacing tires. Only reason it's not 5 star is my car wasn't washed after service that cost over $1200.

I came in to check out the new WRX. I had been considering the car, but wasn’t sure about it. I called ahead about a particular build I was interested in, and Preston set up a time for me to come by the same day and test drive it. Later the same day, I was ready to buy because Preston had been so transparent in talking about the car, the pricing, and what they could offer for my trade in. Overall, the experience felt smooth and efficient (barring the extra wait time for paperwork due to electrical outage, but that’s out of everyone’s control). There was none of the “dealership back and forth” that some people might be wary of when looking to buy a car.
