Scheduling the appointment was a challenge, I spoke with someone how was very short and unwilling to work with my schedule.I know now, I will not work with anyone except Ben Neumiller. I almost stopped taking my car here, I was rarely greeted when I used to bring my car in, it felt like people were unwilling to help me. Ben is always kind, patient, informative, and knowledgeable. He is the reason I continue to drive 40mins to get my car serviced here. You are very lucky to have him on your team, his customer service is exemplary.
