It was for 6 months maintenance visit. Like working with Ben to go over items that need to be taken care of immediately and which ones need to be done at a later visit.The car was not rinsed after the service appointment . Hence the rating is 4 and not 5 stars.

We really trust Mike Shaw and I appreciate them covering my latest repair under warranty. However, why was this issue not seen or exposed on my prior visit? Starting to question why they didn't point this out during my visit a week prior to say hey -- your TCV is going to fail soon."The thermo control valve (TCV) in a Subaru Forester is a multi-port electrically driven fluid control valve that regulates the engine and cabin temperatures. It's located under the intake manifold and is faster than a traditional thermostat at responding to changes in engine temperature. This can help achieve better fuel economy. However, a faulty TCV can cause engine overheating, disable safety features, and trigger the check engine light. Some owners have reported that the TCV has failed at mileage as low as 47,000 miles."I thought it was my gas cap? And my previous service rep. made it sound like it was my fault that the check engine light went off along with all my other sensors. When it was a recalled Subaru part, a part failing on Subaru's end. Be upfront with customers, I don't wish to take the vehicle else where, but starting to question the trustworthiness.Ben my recent service advisor was great to work with 10/10Thanks.

All worked as planned for the 30000 mi service on my Legacy. Thank you so much for the ride home and the ride to pic up the car. You once upon a time washed the car after service sorry to see that's gone.

I came in for a service check on my 2019 Outback, which was done quickly and professionally.I also wanted to ask about the 2024 Ascent. My wife and I had talked about getting one but had to be sure that it had the right options and was the right color. Sam was in early and so I went to him to ask my questions.Sam answered all of my questions and while we talked about my needs he found that Mike Shaw had a vehicle that matched all of my wife’s and my wants. As a result, we looked at that vehicle to answer my questions about child seat adapters in the second row and the back row.Sam convinced me that I should take the vehicle to my wife so that she could drive it. I drove it to her; she tried it and was happy with the vehicle. As we drove to return it to Mike Shaw, Sam worked on the paperwork to speed up the purchase. By the time we arrived at the dealership most of the paperwork was done with only a few signatures left.Great car, great dealership, great service department

This was the best service I have ever experienced. The Service Tech was awesome. Ben provided great communication with my Outback and kept me up to date. The video's of what needed to be fixed or replaced really helped. Went above and beyond. Easy to choose from the app what I wanted to have replaced.
