Got my car serviced for the first time here and it was great, my car got done in a timely fashion, service tech and advisor were nice and helped me with any questions I had, will be coming back again!

The job was done in the time told, I was able to schedule a Monday appointment on Friday afternoon as well. Friendly service, and as usual work done with no problems arising afterward. Nothing but a good experience as from the service department at Mike Shaw.

Setting an appointment was easy. The check in was fast communication was good. I came in for a recall part and that was replaced. Unfortunately, my AC did not work after the replacement. I returned and they took a look at it and fixed the issue. The AC worked well for my ride home. The next time I was in the car, the AC no longer worked. I put I call in to Marcus and was told he would call me back. That was last week and I am still waiting to hear from him. I have since left town and don't expect to be back in the area until later in the year. So, overall decent experience, but could have been better.

Service was fine, but your service techs routinely turn the headlights from “auto” (where we always keep ours) to “off” and - due to the electroluminescent gauges - you don’t always realize this when night time hits. The result, driving down the road with no lights on in the rear, even though the daytime running lamps and gauges make you think your lights are on. THIS IS DANGEROUS! Especially to older owners (like my mother and mother-in-law to whom this has happened numerous times. PLEASE ask your techs to STOP doing this!!!

Appointment was very simple to make.Friendly staff answered all my questions.Waited in a comfy waiting room and sipped on coffee.Got updates on my phone. Declined unwanted services from phone.Coupon for exact services I needed was honored.Done in an hour, and my Subbie is purring like a kitten.
