Quick and easy, except for scheduling. The website shows my vehicle as being on a Severe maintenance schedule, and I couldn't change it. So I called to set up the appointment, was on hold, got disconnected, had to call again.

The advisor did a wonderful job. Great guy 5 STAR. However for any service other then an emergency oil change, I will no longer be bringing my vehicle to your service department. The rule of putting 4-5 miles on every car getting anything other then an OC I find ridiculous. If that is needed, please ask for the customer’s permission. Regardless if you think it’s stupid, ask the customer. It’s their car, not yours. That’s the respectful, courteous, honest thing to do.
