I had a great experience with Mike Shaw Subaru. I was buying my first car so this moment meant a lot to me. Keith was a great salesman. Although he was quite persistent with getting us into Mike Shaw which sometimes was too overbearing he was a great salesman. He wasn't too pushy and was genuine in his sale techniques with us. I was very sad to hear that he was let go after the sale he had made to us. Although the other salesman that helped me with the car when I picked it up was very knowledgeable about explaining the bells and whistles of the car.

Friendly staff, safe to ask questions.It would be nice if staff were trained to not assume gender/pronouns (such as defaulting to using they/them pronouns). It's awkward correcting people in unfamiliar settings since we don't know how they'll react.

I really missed my regular customer service rep, Brandon Bucci, and was sad to hear he was no longer with Mike Shaw. I was however pleased with the service I did receive from Larry Gates. He was very informative and pleasant to work with.

This was the best experience I've had. Larry was fantastic from start to finish. The tech that worked on my car did a wonderful job. Even the noise that I had previously complained about at another dealership was gone (I was told it was normal). Feels like I'm driving a new car again!
